This website is designed for you and therefore we would love to hear your ideas and get feedback from you. If you have an idea for a particular design, we will review it and consider whether it could be a potential product on our website.
We do not have much reviews because we have just launched our website. Please help in contributing by adding reviews if you’ve purchased a product.
As with any store, online or not, not all garments are the same. Some might run smaller or fit looser even if they’re displayed as being of the same size. So it’s important to take a look at the sizing chart to understand how this particular garment will fit. Sizing charts can be found in the product description of any relevant product and this may differ from product to product.
For chest measurements, use a measuring tape to measure around the chest area, from the front to the back (chest is around 2.5cm below the armpits)
A half chest measurement is only a measurement of the front of the top (again, around 2.5cm below the armpits).
Shipping and returns
We are currently shipping worldwide.
The time it takes for a product to arrive includes both the PRODUCTION time, which is when your products are being printed and sorted (before dispatch), and the SHIPPING time (after dispatch). The reason why we need to consider production time is because we use a print-on-demand service, which means products are printed as an order is made. The external print-on-demand company we currently work with is inkthreadable. If you have any questions about this, please feel free to contact us.
Currently, due to COVID-19, production time takes up to 7 working days, however this will hopefully be reduced back to five days and we will inform you as soon as this is the case.
Shipping time in the UK takes 1-5 business days (depending on service chosen). This means that the maximum number of days it should take for your order to arrive is 12 working days (7 + 5). If your order does not arrive within 12 working days please contact us as soon as possible. Please note that orders outside the UK will take slightly longer than this.
Shipping cost varies depending on the service chosen. We will be listing the individual prices here soon.
Unfortunately, because our company uses a print on demand service, once you have chosen a product it cannot be returned. This is because the item is printed uniquely for you (the design, colour and size that you have selected). However, if the product is faulty you may order a replacement. Please contact us as soon as possible and a member of the team will be more than happy to help.
Only reprints or replacements can be offered for faulty or lost orders. Only if there are subsequent issues with the replacement will a refund then be provided. You are responsible for ensuring that the shipment details are correct and that the correct size and colour have been selected. Topsinspire are not responsible for this and will not offer replacements or refunds. If you have an issue with your order, please contact us directly and provide all necessary information and photographic evidence. After investigation, it will be determined if you are eligible to receive a replacement. Eligible replacements are free of charge.
